Japanese Cooking Failed…

Breakfast: “Avocado Toast” with egg, bacon, tomato + white wine @ 10:10 a.m.

Lunch: “Nikujaga” & rice, “Miso soup” with nameko mushroom & tofu @ 2:00 p.m.
My conclusion: I am not going to cook Japanese food at home in Portugal.

My Tiramisu was good and Portuguese wine is always great!
