I was craving Japanese ‘Tonkatsu Sauce’ so I made Menchi-Katsu for lunch @ 1:45 p.m.It’s interesting the katsu tastes like Portuguese dish without sauce but becomes Japanese with sauce. He had it with black pepper instead 🙂Dessert: Cheesecake ice bar @ 3:40 p.m.Later the afternoon, I prepared ‘Caldo verde’ for tomorrow.
