I think this easily feeds 4 people.Christmas Eve lunch: Turkey Ballotine with potato, chestnut, cabbage, burrata salad with bell peppers, red wine @ 1:00 p.m.I am glad that I didn’t cook turkey myself. It’s juicy and stuffing with chestnut & chouriço is so tasty.
