Breakfast: Chocolate bar, strawberries, coffee @ 8:50 a.m.Brunch: Leftover turkey, carrot salad etc., red wine @ 11:20 a.m.Followed by Bolo ReiCarbonara @ 3:00 p.m. Guanciale was very flavorful. I was afraid that it would be too salty and didn’t put salt in the water to cook pasta, but that was wrong. Next time I am sure that I would make it better.Followed by a truffle
