I went to Mercado 31 de Janeiro to buy seafood and fruit, that are not available at most supermarkets.
2 cheese (5€), 2 wines (21€), strawberries (4€), grelos (some green in season 1€), leitão (roasted pork 9€), salmonete (a whole fish 12€), fish egg (3€), Freixo (Alentejo) is our favorite!We started with wine and cheese & strawberries. He had pork too @ 12:30 p.m.I had salmonete sashimi and he had it sauteed. This is Salmonete, which I found so tasty at a sushi restaurant in Lisbon.I made “Tarako” Spaghetti with fish egg, butter and soy sauce. Simple but good 🙂Yogurt to finish the day @ 7:10 p.m.
