Saturday morning, we walked to Marques de Pombal to order a Cartão de Lisboa VIVA, which functions as a monthly pass or balance card for the public transportations in Lisbon area. Stopped by the mercado on the way home to look for duck breast but only a whole duck was available. So we got pork cheek and a rack of lamb. The butcher offer to separate by bone, but somehow I refused. Opened a bottle of Tras-os-Montes red. I love it.Lunch: Roasted lamb, grelos, tomato @ 1:30 p.m., I roasted the whole rack in oven and cut for chops afterwards, but couldn’t. I regret I didn’t follow the butcher suggested.I had fish roe and grelos spaghetti, he had leftover pork and rice.Chocolate and a little more wine @ 2:40 p.m.
