Tried a canned fish roe (ovas de pescada). It’s not bad.
Lunch alone @ 12:40 p.m., Peperoncino with broccolini & mini tomatoes. I experimented to add fish roe. Since it’s not salty enough, I added butter and soy sauce too. Not bad…kinda good 🙂
My experimental continues…with cream cheese on bread. Then truffle and wine.
