I was so relaxed to fully enjoy a wine @ 11:20 a.m. It’s hard to see in the picture, but it has a beautiful ruby color like pinot noir. So fruity and elegant. I really love this time of day. Peaceful and productive at the same time.Lunch: Shrimp, salmon with ginger, cress, rice @ 12:50 p.m.
The season of snails has come to Portugal. Everyone hangs out and enjoy caracóis e imperial (snails & draft beer) at the table outside. So we did too late afternoon on Sunday. When we tried them last summer I really couldn’t take it because they look just like snails. This time I really didn’t enjoy but it tasted better. I just wanna do as Portuguese people do 😛
