Breakfast @ 7am: Croissant con cream & Camomile Tea

Second breakfast @ 9am: Vegetable soup & hot sandwich

Lunch @ 12:30pm: Chicken rice

 

In the afternoon, we went to the agency to pick up my insurance card and other documents.

Taking easy afterwards. Had a little bit of chicken rice for dinner.

We went for a free trial yoga 7:00-8:30.

It was so tough after 3 year not practicing yoga regularly.
