Salt & pepper to finish.Lunch: Frango Frito (Fried chicken), salad, rice, red wine @ 1:20 p.m.Marinated bone-in chicken thighs with shio-koji, grated garlic & ginger for a half day. It was very juicy and seasoned perfectly.Dessert: Tarte de Amêndoa (Almond tart), one of my favorite Portuguese sweets
