Bacalhau à Brás salada & Cerveja Preta @ 12:50 p.m. I tried a new recipe of Portuguese dish today. While cooking, we started enjoying appetizer and beer.

Lunch: Carne de Porco À Alentejana & rice @ 1:20 p.m.

It’s unique because I’ve never seen a dish combined pork with clams. Again it has a lot of umami.

We finally finished creme de leite.
